The German NT /Bayern philosphy was/has always been '11 machines on a pitch'. Which is why they were one of the most dangerous, aggressive teams for decades. I thought what Guardiola did with Bayern was excellent, but Schweinsteiger does have a point, even if he is being a bit harsh.

Kane has as much chance winning anything at Spurs as he does at Bayern. Kane should stay put, see out his contract at Spurs and then go to a better club than Bayern and Spurs without Spurs dictating where he can go. Then Spurs will lose any transfer money and it will serve them right for not letting him go to a better club, which is where he deserves to be. I think Bayern is all wrong for Kane.
I remember telling my Liverpool friends when Bayern under Felix Dropped Bastian to the youth team. Liverpool should buy him for $20,000,000 and they could sell him to Madrid or Bayern for $50,000,000 if they had to. My friends thought I was nuts lol
For a guy who was tall, a fighter, strong, technically good you'd think he was this mean arrogant guy but he was humble and the way he was treated at Man UTD just makes me sad..

Ah. Schweinsteiger. The man who arrived at Man Utd broken and injured, overpaid and utterly useless. He will go down as one of the biggest flops in United history and one of the biggest cons in English football. And a warning to anyone who buys so much as a Skoda from Bayern Munich, let alone a multi-million pound player like Schweinsteiger or Hargreaves.
When it comes to Bayern and their ethics: Buyer beware.
By far one of the best box to box midfielders in history, it was difficult watching him getting wasted at man u.
If he signs that big money spurs contract, he’ll be also signing his last chance of winning an important trophy away. Such a shame for England and the PL’s most prolific scorer (in waiting).
He was a top player. I forgot all about him and it has highlighted to me that there have been so many class players. It makes me wonder how many top quality players there were in the nineties and before who I have never heard of.
What an intelligent and articulate man he is. A great player at Bayern and for Germany, but sadly he was not able to show Utd what he was like at his peak.
I remember this German legend playing along side a young Owen Hargreaves in the Champions League at Bayern in the old Olympic stadium and they were an incredible partnership that year.
The Germans used have absolute world class midfielders replacing world class midfielders as a seemingly endless line yet for me it stopped after Bastian. Lothar Matthaus and Sammer before him. Sadly for Germany and world football these players don't seem to be developing anymore in Germany to this incredible standard.
Kane has to go to a big club to win titles other wise he will end up like Shearer, a legend with no silverware. ( controversial, but he should have left years ago. )
