Given that Kompany was like the 5th or 6th candidate approached(including an attempt to rehire Tuchel after firing him), I think we need to account the bad reputations of club hierarchy causing too much stress and having too much control.
Kompany got the job because a bunch of more qualified managers were asked and turned it down because it’s over-demanding for the tools at the disposal. Plus having people “above you” constantly criticizing you to your face, your team and the media sounds like a daily headache. The cat is out of the bag. Unless things change at Bayern, top coaches won’t want to be there anytime soon.

Some of the German players say that their national team lost their style because they tried to copy the high possession, slow build up style from Guardiola. Is the same going to happen to Bayern?

As a City fan, I hope that Vincent Kompany lot of success, experience and maturity.. because after Bayern, I hope he will come back home and managed City.. Just remember all the media and other clubs fans that mocked him right now.. They forget that even Xabi Alonso has similar story like Kompany where he brings Real Sociedad B team to promotion and then relegation.. just like Kompany with Burnley

People keep talking about how Vinny got a team relegated. But so did Xavi Alonso before joining Bayern.

Bayern Munich just want a young manager that plays similar to xavi and has experience under the greatest manager to ever exist.

Not a bad idea tbf only problem is Vinny will 100% walk away if the city job is on the table

True but apparently it didn't work so well in UCL Also it helps to win in premier league if you can break laws like city have done of spending More than what's allowed to every season so basically they have unlimited budget since they don't need to follow the laws lol that's City has 115 charge's and it Will keep increasing and fifa or premier league won't do anything about it

Possession football has NEVER worked for Germany , especially with German origin players.
Germany have their own way of playing , I just don't know why everyone so obsessed with posession football.
Just tells you how Ancelotti is so underrated.

HATE the fact Tifo IRL no longer discusses these stories or offers analysis Post-match but instead just advertises athletic articles.

“Here’s something really interesting, oh sorry it’s only a YouTube short, buy a subscription and read a boring article to see the rest”

This channel has turned into gate keeping weirdo’s obsessed with increasing subscriptions. Cringe and pathetic.
