Xavi has not been able to bring the best out of him, by telling him the right things nor debeloping his game right through his tactics! Xavi is as much a developing manager in as much these are developing players, and this combination at this point of time isn't going good for either, the manager nor players, but I hope and aspire it shapes up well with time! Had it been someone like Lucho or Thomas Tuchel with the set of boys that are currently at Barca, each of them would have been polished like diamonds!
Xavi has an awesome manager inside him but he took up this mantle for the first official European job in his life, and it's just weighing him down! I truly hope he learns and adapts faster, or steps aside from the job to come to coach the side again in a span of 2 years after gaining solid management experience with other clubs

as talented as Dembele is, he is too focused on himself and not on the team play.
he wants to force his game but in doing so, he reveals his intentions to defenders.
in essence he needs to work on his rhythm and timing and learning to play without the ball.
basically he needs to mix it up more, know when to slow it down and when to speed up.
if he can learn this under Xavi he would be unstoppable.
