Made two subs out of 5 in a game with a one goal difference vs bayern while leaving on players playing 6.0, 6.2, 6.4. If you change those players underperforming on the day there is a fair chance you could of gotten a draw out of the match but refusal to take off players underperforming really hinders you, you insist you're not good at FM but don't take any advisement from the comments on the videos on how to improve, some pretty basic things too. Again in the second game leave on an underperforming striker and DM because they are your favourites. Also need to have some backbone to critsise their performances individually with fines, chats etc but I am sure you don't do that either.
You should add like aims for each season. I was thinking a yellow wall challenge would be good for next season
