Sky Sports News reported the interest and discussions around Trevoh Chalobah and Armel Bella-Kotchap.
Borussia Dortmund are also interested in Bella-Kotchap, as well as Bayern.
Sources in the UK have told Sky Sports News the two clubs are battling to sign him.
Dier, meanwhile, is good friends with Harry Kane, who completed a £100m move to Bayern earlier this month.
