I love how they laugh at 3 champions league finals as if Bayern can’t do it. Before Liverpool’s final in 2018 and after the 2005 final they were irrelevant ? Bayern has played 4 finals in the last 10 years and reached semi finals about 7 times so if anyone could do it it’s Bayern

Such a disappointing end to a great liverpool career…the whole thing is becoming a shambles…i don't see Mane's problem, great coach, great club, the fans love him, likely challenging on all fronts again next year and (hopefully) do better…I don't get it!! Will he like the new club? It's more of a risk for Mane i'd say. A real bitter taste to all this; in fact it's absolutely horrible

    What is Bayern doing?
Don't they know that there are potentially hurting Mane. This needs to be smooth and quick.
We've seen from past experience how Liverpool fans react and become abusive when they lose (or potentially lose) their favourites like Suarez, Torres and Gerrard .
Also with incident involving Patrice Evra and Stan Collymore that they have no problem using the N Word.
Just pay Liverpool their asking price and get Mane out without the backlash.

I read two reports regarding the add ons. What Mark said and the other being Bayern winning CL within three years and Mane winning a ballond'r within three years. The latter sounds more plausible.

This isnt the same case like bayern get player from any bundesliga team which is easy and smooth. Liverpool wont be easy for mane, i think liverpool want around 40-50M just the same price like Lewandowski.

It doesn't matter what Stevie Nicol or any of the so called pundits want. JK has a history of letting players run down their contract and leave on a free, extracting maximum mileage out of them. Unless Mane agitates for a transfer, creating a dressing room problem, he may well stay for at least the next year.

Bayern were testing the water to see liverpool reaction maybe they thought they have a chance and liverpool get things done from the frost bid which under the player value even if he is under 1 year contract, Bayern don't want to show that they want him too much so liverpool wouldn't ask for too many, they're setting the valuation so even if it gets higher it won't surpass the 40M euro plus add-ons, I think liverpool will get that

What have those Germans been smoking huh? Wow, I mean only Real Madrid (and to be honest they were lucky to get to that final in the third year) have won 3 CLs in a row, so to even suggest that for Bayern and putting as a clause, I mean c'mon we are not Dortmund, Leipzig, Monchenglabach and all the other German teams that cave into your demands, we are Liverpool, you should know from your experience with the Thiago deal that we would never be stupid enough to say yes to that offer

Bayern sold us a world class fragile damaged package for 20M
Now they want a pristine, never injured, never hurt, never tired, never give up WORLD CLASS BALLER for around the same P's.
German's really are a bunch of tight gits.

Not sure why Mane would go now when he can go on free in a year's time.
Without a transfer fee he would have a much bigger pay day.
The flip side is he will be a year older and anything can happen in the intervening period.
For me he is Liverpool's best forward player and it makes more sense to keep him than Salah who will probably run his contract down and leave next year.
