As manager of a club of Bayern's caliber, any time you lose 0-3 in the UCL, it's cause for concern. I never foresaw Chelsea winning the UCL under Tuchel. Imo, it's basically a one off, like Leicester winning the League. And look how Chelsea performed after they were Champions of Europe. I feel it was poor timing for Bayern to change managers. They may pay a hearty price for doing so.

i do agree with Gab about Tuchel… his football is far closer to Pep than Flick or Heynckes and he does seem to clash with the Bosses in all his jobs. He impressed me a lot at Chelsea in how he handled the Abramovich saga but his Chelsea were much better in knockouts than in the League. He can probably handle egos better than Nagelsmann after PSG and Chelsea but i'm not sure his football is an upgrade tactically or aesthetically but what he does do is he handles in-game changes very well so i'd put Bayern as joint favourites with City for the CL – whoever wins that QF is going all the way i think.

Bayern is still is FC Hollywood with all the drama and controversies. I felt sorry for Nagelsmann apart from a few inconsistencies in Bundesliga this guy didn’t do terrible for Bayern. Bayern is still the only team in UCL that won all 8 matches, still competing in all 3 competitions and with squad that is absolutely in top form. In the end it will be Bayern’s loss I can only hope that Chelsea or maybe other rich clubs can hire Nagelsmann and he buys all the top players to plot revenge against Bayern 😂

Tuchel imo is the best current coach, he would have been a legend in the past where managers were more important than players and the players could take criticism and actually listen to their coaches judgement, if he gets full backing at any club and if no player has more power than Tuchel at that club, you will see his genius

Gab's premise: something happened behind the scenes between Nagelsmann and the Bayern München leadership; Stevie's premise: the Bayern München leadership stopped liking Nagelsmann. Hmm…in the end, Gab and Stevie are really saying similar things communicated with differing premises.

Has there ever been a more unprofessional discussion in the history of espn, not counting all the racist bs that their black employees spout constantly? smh

Mason Mount could be heading to Bayern now. As a Chelsea fan, I'd be happy for him playing at a top team and also happy that he isn't going to a PL club

When your game plan is published on a newspapers, and your girlfriend has worked for the same paper, it would not look good, regardless if she had anything to do with it…!!! ..Bayern management had to make a difficult decision.

Nagelsmann is getting paid by Bayern for the next three years. So, there is no reason for him to rush and take a job with another club in the middle of the season…!!!..This is especially true if the new job comes from a team that has no chance to win the Championship.
