Why would Salihamidzic have ANY issues with Hansi Flick? I believe Flick won more trophies than he had losses at Bayern. Salihamidzic has been a problem for a long while. For some reason these pundits ignored he was a problem, even throwing more blame at Kahn. Salihamidzic is a genius in his own mind. And about Tuchel, Bayern was not improving with gaining talent under Naglesman. At least in the last game, it looked like Bayerns forward players were not ball watching. Looked like coaching improved the ball moving quicker and movement off the ball in the last game. Bayern will be great again.

Mathys Tel was an unknown player in France, and he played and even delivered a lot in those 22 games with Bayern. You can still see in his games that he still needs to develop in his actions.
Mazraoui did amazing in the first half of the season, than after the World Cup he had the injury and had to be sidelined for a bit.
Remember there are 24 players and among them, in each positions there are amazing names. Gravenberch has to work really really hard to replace someone as Goretzka.
So let these young players build character first and than they should speak with actions in games… not doing interviews every week…

I don´t understand the turmoil about Thomas Müller.
He will be 34 next year, he won´t play all games and I´m pretty sure he will be ok with that.
He is one of the very few people who 100% lives Bayern. He won´t be in the way of the clubs plans…

Gab, be real for once…You hate Tuchel for no reason. He inherited a rot in the dressing room and still managed to win the league…Tuchel didn't tell them to sack Nagelsman. Stop hating man…

Hasan and Kahn nearly destroyed bayern's season with their approach they sacked Nagelsmann unfairly appointing Tuchel is worst decision and Bayern would have lost the Bundesliga had Dortmund won against Mainz at home Bundesliga is not farmers League but other teams in the league need to be serious to fight against Bayern for the title this season showed that Bundesliga is competitive and other teams need to do massive investment to compete with Bayern Munich

As a Bayern-fan since 1977 in my opinion this decision is hard, but understandable.

Since 2020 after Bayern won the Champions Leage with Hansi Flick the team fell more and more in a very nervous and questionable state.
Many important people (Flick, Gerland, Klose) went away beacuse they had differences with Kahn and Salihamidzic.

Both were great players and it´s very sad to see them gone.
Especially with Salihamidzic because he is great guy, he just made some wrong decisions…
But that´s business. Bayern Munich is one of the greatest clubs in the world and the expectations are extremely high.

Thomas Tuchel is one of the best coaches in the world, no doubt he will lead Bayern to success again.
But I think, the biggest mistake was to fire Nagelsmann (well, he is still on Bayerns payroll, so… ^^).

The major problem with the Bundesliga is the cannibalism of talent on and off the pitch, Nagelsmann was a blue chip prospect at hoffenheim, went to RB, went to Bayern and is unemployed, its difficulty to buy into any narrative that is remotely promising.

Juls is right, even though this is a poor Bayern side , they were in it, for large parts against MC and i think, probably no worse than any side this season in Europe , bar MC.

I thought that Oliver Kahn was to take over from Rummenigge as CEO. Hoeness was the president. Those are two separate positions. The current president from Bayern is Herbert Hainer who ran Adidas.
Nonetheless Brazzo and Kahn made a gamble when they sacked Nagelsmann. If it pays out and they beat City, qualify for Pokal final and win the league it is the best move of all time. Now they barely won the league and these two got what they deserved because that risky move backfired. Simple as that.

I don't understand this Muller discussion… This very season Bayern was better with Muller on the pitch…
He brings tod the team that extra motivation that no other player can

Totally agree with Gab, Tuchel took the job fully cognizant of what is at stake and has fared miserably. It is astonishing that the club is having different rules for Tuchel. In last 11 years no Bayern manager has performed this miserably in his first 11 games in charge of FC Bayern.

  14. Gregg Ansah

Muller and Reus are the same age, and Muller has been a consistent presence for his club for over 14 years. He has contributed 25+ goals in each of his last 11 seasons and achieved remarkable success with 12 Bundesliga titles, 2 UCL titles, a World Cup victory, and numerous cup trophies. Despite his illustrious career, why is he still underrated? Perhaps it's because he doesn't generate as many magical moments as Reus. What is Muller truly known for? Is it his exceptional work rate or his ability to conjure up those memorable moments?

Gab- you should get your facts right. Tuchel got a better point average in the Bundesliga in his 9 games than Nagelsmann in the 9 games before he was fired (2,1 vs. 1,9).

  16. Gary Anderton

There weren't many better suited than Kahn. He has a master's degree and interestingly his topic was "Strategic management in Germany's professional football". Did I mention he is a club legend that commands respect? They groomed him for this position and should have given him more time as well. Rome wasn't built in a day.
