People are acting like Bayern have been crazy good in the Champions league this year, while I admit they have been good its just not to that extent. People make out like there group was impossible but Inter are a shadow of the team from two years ago and Bayern just have Barcelona's number. (Look at the head-to-head its crazy). Not exactly impossible. Then in the RO16 beating a PSG side who have been woeful this year. 8 loses in 2023 so far is WILD. It feels like history repeating itself. The Last 3 years they have won ALL their group games except 1 which was a draw, pretty incredible. Smash up a team in the RO16 and then lose to fairly good teams in the quarters. Don't buy so much into the hype because they do this ever year in the groups. Also look at Bayern's league position, the worse tally at this stage since 08/09. People say that doesn't matter in the CL , but I think its indicative of a worse team overall. Man City SHOULD be rightly favourites look at their previous Champions league results, Semis and finals. Beating some of the best to get there.
My problem is that Tuchel and Haaland can't both win.
