The arrogance of Bayern Munich has come back to bite them. Why sack a manager in mid season despite in a shot of winning the treble? Kahn fired Naggelsman out of spite and they failed him by not signing a replacement for Lewandowski. Do they honestly think Choupo Mouting will score 20+ goals per season or Mane who's an inside forward is the man to replace Lewandowski? The Bayern board screwed up big and now they have no hope of winning the treble and now in danger of losing the Bundesliga to Dortmund.

I liked Nagelsmann, I think Bayern were doing just fine. IDK if they were going to go through both City and Madrid, so I'm not that gutted over the CL. It's just the way all this has happened. Now I do like Tuchel and am looking forward to seeing what kind of impact he can have next year. This year is kind of over for me.

Bayern fan till I die here but I hope Dortmund take the league or anyone but Bayern because it’ll serve as a wake up call. They’ll make the changes and adjustments needed to come back strong for the next season. They’ve gotten too complacent it happens sometimes when you have a team full of players that have won everything. They are Bayern at the end of the day and the expectations will always by sky high

Agree with the comments here, its really karma for Bayern… not sure if Nagelsman would have beat City but it certainly would have been a much closer tie

Bayern is poster child for don't count your chickens before they hatch. Their desperation to get Haaland and pissing of Lewandowski was dumb. They lost Lewandowski and also didn't get Haaland. Didn't get a number 9. Still relying on Müller who is past his prime. And then sacking Nagelsmann when they were unbeaten in UCL having just blanked PSG. Unbelievable. Oliver Kahn is 100% to blame. His ego is beyond comprehension. He laughed at Barcelona when the UCL groups were announced. Talk about arrogance. Kick Kahn out and Bayern will be better again. Probably the most inept administrator in years. Bayern will end up with zero trophies. Serves him right after the smirk and arrogance he showed.

That’s what Bayern gets for sacking naglesman. Personally I think naglesman would have been giving more chance the way he was sacked was not right. All this big clubs sacking coaches because they can. Sacking tuchel at chelsea was wrong and chelsea is still suffering it and now Bayern for sacking naglesman
