It is pure Premier League arrogance. Saying the premier league is a top league and other leagues have one stand out team that wins it all the time ….. HAVE YOU NOT SEEN MAN CITY? THEY WIN ALL THE TIME. The Premier League is a one team league end of. Stop saying it outranks everything else in terms of who wins the league every season as it doesn't

Stupid! German league has quality and isn’t easy as well Bayern is a bigger club than any other EPL club. As you can see he enjoy the challenge in Germany now. Lewandowski and Haaland scored less goals than in the Bundesliga than in the EPL.

Likes as Leipzig, Leverkusen, Dortmund they easily can compete and win over ManU, Spurs, Newcastle, Arsenal…

I've been a Bayern fan since I was a kid. Kane has joined my club Bayern and he is playing so good for us in the Bundesliga. The disrespect you guys have is disgusting, you guys have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to Bayern and Bundesliga.

Imagine leaving a team which never wins anything to a club who has won the Champions League multiple times and still be critiqued. Tottenham have 0 ambition and this move makes sense. The record argument is silly.

I think people are disappointed that he chose to go now rather than push his corner or wait until next season to have his own pick of a host of clubs. I wanted to see a top player fight for his rights when at the end of the day Spurs as a club did what was best for them, and Kane should have done what is best for him, which we don't think was going to Bayern.

love how people think shearer is the all time record scorer when its Jimmy Greaves. Everyone thinks the English league started as the premier league, great disrespect on the history of the league.

Comparing bayern to psg is utterly absurd. One is relevant in europe, the other is psg. The only 2 clubs that can say theyre confortably better than bayern are city and madrid.

  8. The Hollowed Tree

Kane made the right move. The problem is folks like to moan, complain and criticize no matter what happens. They will play the role of contrarians either way. A critical narrative will be crafted and unleashed no matter what Harry Kane does.

He stays at Spurs? Then it's : "He has no ambition, loser mentality, no hunger to win, comfortable in his surrounding, big fish in a small pond"

He joins Bayern? Then it's : "Farmersliga, what a farmer"

It's damned if you do and damned if you don't type of situation. People will always look for the negatives.

Personally I think it's a great move. No, the Bundesliga isn't as good as the EPL but it's still a top 5 league in the world both right now and historically. And Bayern are genuinely one of the biggest football clubs in the world. Top 5 club in European history imo. On par with clubs like Real Madrid, Barcelona, Juventus, AC Milan, Liverpool and Manchester Utd. And considered the decline of Serie A over the past decade they are bigger than Juventus and Milan. Manchester Utd haven't had serious success since Sir Alex left. So it's also been a decade since Man Utd has been anywhere near the best teams in Europe.

Meanwhile Bayern are steadily considered a top 3 to top 5 team in Europe. Year in and year out. Since 2001 they have won 3 UCL and never seem to be out of contention. They won in 2001, 2013 and 2020.. So they've won it every decade this century. On top of numerous other appearances in finals and semi finals in that time. They were the best team in the world in 2020 and most of 2021. In 2021 they were knocked out by PSG who only won that tie because Lewandowski was out for the first leg and they ended up missing so many chances. With the form Lewandowski was in at that time he would have easily scored at least a brace in that match and Bayern would have gone through. Even last season they stormed to an amazing start by winning their first 8 UCL matches until they made the mistake of firing Nagelsmann.

Kane is exactly what Bayern needs. A perfect replacement for Lewandowski. Especially in this era where there is a shortage of elite strikers like in the past. Very few teams can say they have a world class #9. And Bayern are one of them. Trophies are a guarantee for Kane. He likely wins 3-4 Bundesligas, a German Cup or 2…And if they play well and have a bit of luck then UCL is a legitimate chance as well.

Also, the one bloke was talking about going to RM or Barca or Man Utd or Chelsea or City…..But none of those were possible or even good options atm. City already have Halaand and Alvarez. They're set at striker. Chelsea and Man Utd atm are still rebuilding and a work in progress so it's risky going to either one. Barcelona already have Lewandowski and don't have the money for Kane. Only RM was a logical option, but they decided not to go for Kane. Probably due to saving the money for Mbappe's arrival. So really Bayern were the best option out there.

The irony of Brian's un PC and ill advised joke is that all the PC white guys ditched him, and his team now consists of POC who probably weren't offended.

Other clubs needed to bid are you guys that stupid?! Nobody cane for him so he had to go to Bayern. Plus the hate on Bayern, i would love to see you hypocrites flip when bayern smashes in CL

They call it “farmers league” but every transfer window they put their eyes on the German league to steal their talents, Haaland, DeBruyne, Gundogan…
Don’t forget all their big clubs have had SAD nights against Bayern in CL nights 10-3 Tottenham, 7-2 Chelsea, ManU can’t stop being eliminated by them, City beat Bayern finally and don’t forget all of their big 5 excluding Liverpool have not won 6 CL that Bayern won in their history together lol
Yeah Barcelona (8-2) is better than Bayern 😂
