He is probably the greatest talent we ever had…his self confidence and outrageous hardcore explosive shooting technique…he moves very similar to Henry. That we have young guys like Tel, Musiala or even the still young de Ligt…all players that have a chance to become absolute legends. I hope that we soon will have gernan nationals again on this Level. It is a outrageous shameful state that the DFB and the Bayern youth systen cannot produce defensive midfielders or classical strikers anymore…Hummels, Müller, Schweinsteiger etc all came up from Gerland. What happened? Why is there no German Tel? What happened to the once incredible german center backs like Kohler, Helmer, Babbel, Berthold….Liberos like Sammer, Thon or Augenthaler?
I think that it is a mistake to enforce the Pep or Van Gaal type system on german youth teams…
But ok, done ranting. Tel is a incredible talent. I hope he remains patient….and will take over after Harry Kane….while getting enough games to grow in experience and confidence.
