Gotta disagree on spurs. That’s a very casual take tbh. The only thing bringing down their window was not having a second top tier cb in their scouting reports at the beginning of the window. Kelly at that price is a hell no. It was a lame attempt to get English players on the book. Same with Gallagher. Woulda definitely helped the team in the mid but that’s not as valuable as a speedy young wing player so that they can place in as striker because richy ain’t doing shit but coming off the bench and becoming a slightly over paid second striker. In ainge system it makes more sense to replace a like for like on the wing so that he can slide his best striker on the books down the middle. Ian een a spurs fan but to group them w Everton whom everyone wants to finally just take the relegation plunge and Bayern whom missed out on a player that they NEEDED and een sold for is mad disrespectful considering spurs have done everything they needed to do by bringing in a new starting keeper and cb and depth in the wing positions. Not to mention the out goings. Spurs get a solid C+ for the window. Nothing special but they got in a manager who will be there for the next few years (which is really the most important piece). Everton is a straight F Bayern bought lane which is a solid B move but the price they paid for a year early and the rest of the window has to bring it down to at least a C-

Does anyone at this channel actually pay any attention to Everton? Iwobi never was any where near our best player. He was an overpaid attacker who couldn't score. To get that much for him with only 10 months on his contract is remarkable. Maupay also scored only 1 goal in over a year as our most used striker. Not only will he not be missed, losing him puts absolutely zero pressure on Beto.

United. Sure they got Amrabat, Onana, Højlund and Mount (among a few others). But they kept Maguire and lost De Gea. Getting rid of Fred, Telles, Jones, Elanga and Tuanzebe was probably ok though.

Brenan Johnson is not a gamble. Selling Alex Iwobi for 22 million pounds is quite shocking, premier League proven, international player, Homegrown, British citizen, Everton's player of the season. I don't know how Fulham managed to scam Everton

As an Everton fan, do not let this man tell you this was our best player last year. 22 mill for an attacking player with no goal output and 10 months left. Not getting a replacement wasnt ideal and Maupay couldn't finish his dinner.
